BagstoBoogie accept payments through PayPal as its preferred payment method, which is a secure and easy to use method which uses SSL technology to keep your information safe.

In addition, when you send a payment to us using PayPal, we will not receive any sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number.

BagstoBoogie guarantees that no purchaser information will be disclosed to any third party.

|
You should normally in most cases, receive your bag within 5 working days of placing your order, unless it is a bag that is being specifically designed and made for you.
|
|
In this case, you should receive this within 14 days of placing your order. If your bag is an urgent order a special delivery can be arranged but will incur a higher postal charge which you will be advised of ahead of shipment.

|
UK single bag deliveries will be charged at a flat rate of £3.50 which is included within the price and includes insurance. If you order more than one of my designer bags, delivery will be free of charge, and the revised payment will be confirmed to you before shipment.

International postage will be sent "International signed for" this includes insurance. As a guide EU countries will incur a charge of £7.50 postage for countries outside the EU you will be advised of specific postage rates. Any customs or import duties levied by your country will be your responsibility.

Every effort is made to ensure the bags are made to a high standard.

In the unlikely event that you receive one of our bags which you consider to be faulty, BagstoBoogie will give a complete refund if we are notified and the bag is returned in an unused state within 7 working days.
|

Please return using Royal Mail recorded delivery and a refund will be given AFTER the bag has been received.
|

Please e-mail BagstoBoogie within 24 hours of receipt advising of your wish to return the bag, and clearly stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.
